Everyone has their own general practitioner and dentist, everyone should have their own therapist too. Whether you are in crisis, transition or just need someone to talk things through with, I'm here to be with you. Adolescents, teens and adults welcome! Everyone will have a different therapy journey and I'll be with you every step of the way.

My name is Jensen Bonney (she/her). I was born and raised in West Seattle only leaving for my Bachelor’s degree from University of Oregon in Eugene. My partner grew up in West Seattle and my son is growing up here too! We have two dogs and three chickens.

I come from a school counseling background- working in Seattle Public Schools for 9 years- so have considerable knowledge of teens and school systems and getting support within the schools. I am confident in working with your child’s school should it be necessary.

I have educational training which gives me the ability to see clients- adolescent through adulthood- who want to talk about anything: anxiety, self-esteem, depression, life transitions, careers, relationships and more.

When you come to see me, I will offer a non-judgmental and supportive space. While I will challenge you to reach your goals, you will feel supported in every step of the way. I welcome diversity and am dedicated to social justice, anti-oppression and addressing systemic barriers.
